I have nothing but positive remarks for the way that Sister Jerrmein conducts her coaching program. I say program and not services because I truly feel like she is guiding me through a process with steps that I can see and leads me towards practical goals that I am starting to see the results of already. I am the kind of person that needs tangible steps to work toward a solution and Jermein has afforded me that with compassion and sensitivity to my unique needs while incorporating useful strategies that coincide with both my personal and spiritual needs. I cannot recommend her highly enough for someone who is going through a transition in life, but honestly aren’t we all perpetually going through transitions!

When I hit a career roadblock, I turned to Jerrmein, my incredible life coach. From our first session, her warmth and empathy shone through, creating a safe space for me to express my frustrations and dreams. What set Jerrmein apart was her ability to shape my thoughts. She asked the right questions, helping me uncover hidden passions and talents buried under my then role. Her insightful inquiries guided me towards clarity and purpose.

Jerrmein is an energetic coach, filled with insightful questions to help draw out her client’s deeper why. She is timely, warm, and friendly. Her knowledge and insight in human development and coaching techniques were refreshing. She was a pleasure to work with!

Jerrmein, my life coach is the best coach you could have. Just talking to her and pouring your heart out makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed because she is a very attentive listener.  Her personality is such that you feel you can trust her hundred percent with your deepest darkest secrets. Her experience of science background makes her professionally very far ahead of her peers. I have become so used to discussing my problems with her and seeking solution that I miss her when I don’t . She has made me understand my relationships much better now which gives me lot of peace of mind. There is nothing more precious than peace of mind. Highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Sister Jerrmein Abu Shahba is an amazing coach and in just 12 weeks has helped me to recognize habits I had that were affecting me negatively in a variety of ways, and to improve upon them, as well as improve upon my overall levels of productivity, my ability to prepare ahead for and maintain healthy meals and eating habits, being able to to increase my daily energy levels, finding ways to strengthen my general health & well-being, and work more successfully towards reaching any future business and financial goals.

In just a few months working with Jerrmein, my life has changed drastically. The timing of our professional relationship aligned with one of the most difficult tests in my life and through our weekly sessions, I gained insight and was able to articulate a better future for myself. Jerrmein’s methods are very unique because she involves spirituality, duas, tawwakul, and our deen to help clients improve in every aspect. Through Jerrmein’s supportive and fluid coaching style, I was able to gain clarity and navigate the difficulties I was facing. She brought a wealth of resources and practical tools to help me clarify my values and decision-making abilities. I had hit rock bottom, but through Jerrmein’s guidance, I have become an advocate for my self-worth and re-aligned who I am and my vision in life. I am not just a wife or a mother or a daughter, but I am a unique human with a greater purpose. I am become a calmer person, I addressed my fears, and I am slowly evolving into a confident and joyful person. When I find myself in a challenging situation, I feel grounded and am able to step back and question and respond appropriately. I am very excited to continue working with her and I will be using her tools for the rest of my life to find my higher self.

Jerrmein is lovely to work with. She is very positive and encouraging and has great communication skills. She asks great questions and listens and offers good feedback. I have enjoyed working with her on skills labs.

Before coaching with Jerrmein, I struggled with learning how to let go of relationships that didn’t value me and how to forgive others. Jerrmein taught me that I’m worth more then what I accepted from some people. She coached me how to believe and value myself, to have confidence, and to set my boundaries to avoid unhealthy situations in my life. I learned that forgiving is for myself to let go of the resentment that was making me feel unhappy with my life. What I loved most about coaching with Jerrmein is she gave me confidence to talk to her, she is very patient and flexible and dedicated to providing support in her coaching.

Before being coached by Jerrmein Abu Shahba, I struggled with narrowing down my specific goals that I want to work towards. jerrmein taught me that it is ok not to work on all goals at once and that pacing ourselves is important in ensuring success. The most significant result I have seen from coaching with Jerrmein is an overall improvement in the quality of some of the habits I have been working on. What I loved most with Jerrmein is that I had a sense of accountability…I knew I had to do the work because someone who ask me about it which was a great motivating factor for me!
